Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All sales are final

We plan each event around confirmed attendance, including venue space, materials, and balanced numbers. For that reason, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as described in section 3.

No refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals, leaving early, or removal from an event for breaking our Code of Conduct.

2. Ticket transfers

If you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible person.

• You're responsible for finding your replacement.
• Email us at info@mahallaevents.com before the event with your replacement's full name and email address.
• The transfer is valid only once we confirm it by email.
• For invite-only and application-based events, your replacement must apply and be approved, and must meet the event's requirements, such as the age range for your session. We may decline a transfer that doesn't meet them.

3. If we cancel or reschedule

• Cancelled and not rescheduled: if we cancel an event for any reason, including weather, and don't reschedule it, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket price to your original payment method.
• Rescheduled: your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. If you can't attend the new date, email us within 7 days of our reschedule notice and we'll refund your ticket.
• Outdoor events: we may postpone or cancel for unsafe or unsuitable weather. We'll email registered guests as early as we can.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the cancellation. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
• We're not responsible for other costs you may have, such as travel or parking.

4. Early bird pricing and promotions

• Early bird pricing is available until the date shown on each event page.
• For application-based events, early bird pricing is based on the date you submitted your application, even if you're approved later.
• Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes can't be combined, apply only to the event named, are valid only for the stated period, and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time, but we'll honor codes already issued.

5. Payment questions

If you think you were charged in error, please email us at info@mahallaevents.com before contacting your bank or card provider. We'll look into it and respond within 5 business days. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution, and we may cancel tickets connected to a disputed payment while it's reviewed.
